Saibaba not produced before Judicial Magistrate

Saibaba was not produced before the judicial magistrate (JM) when his first remand ended (14 days after his arrest) on the grounds that the police could not make arrangements for a disabled person in court. As a result he was deprived of his legal right to inform the JM of his condition in jail. Saibaba whom the police claim to be concerned about, is being kept in a jail that has no facilities for the disabled, let alone a man with 90% disability.
