Demand disciplinary action against Idaho Officer that killed owners dog

The Issue

Two Officers in Caldwell Idaho visited a home in August to serve a warrant for the home owners sister, as the owner went to get her sister her dog came to the door and began to bark. One of the officers pushed the door open as it closed when the dog exited the open door and the officer shot it in the face. The animal was not only no threat to the officer, there were no other measure taken by the officers to subdue the animal. Caldwell Police state the dog lunged at the officer, but the footage shows otherwise. This idea that the police can come to your home and murder your pets is outrageous, and they must be held accountable for their irresponsible actions, whether it be against a person or an animal. We have a right to have pets and shouldn't fear law enforcement killing them without caring or cause. Help spread the word and make an example.
