Every year, thousands of successful women and LGBTQIA entrepreneurs, feminists and inspiring innovators are asked to speak on panels or as keynotes along side priviledged, salaried speakers from for profit corporations, associations, and academic institutions on International Women's Day without pay, or even a basic honorarium.

Does anyone find that ironic? And wrong? 

We do. Women already do enough unpaid labour.  We don't need to add to it. You can't thrive on "exposure dollars". 

This year, if you want to hear from an inspiring woman champion, luminary and leading woman, pay them.
