While a small number of inactive (no longer racing) older dogs are now in the care of Anima, and Albano Martins continues to fight for the safe release of all the Canidrome dogs, the Canidrome itself holds open 'adoption days' like the one held today, where it gives unsterilised dogs (so good for breeding) to all and sundry, regardless of whether from China or elsewhere and with no kind of checks. We always suspected that the Canidrome aimed to send the dogs to China by any means possible, now we have the proof. However, even though Anima may not be able to save all the dogs, we MUST hold firm and support Albano Martins in his efforts to expose the Canidrome and block their attempts to get these dogs into China. Now is the toughest time - please keep supporting Anima and help us expose what the Canidrome is trying to do. Thank you all.
