• Tuesday, November 10th at 3pm CST - International Panel on Fightback Against Workplace Repression.  Description: Join us for this virtual international panel to hear experiences of building solidarity against repression in the workplace and beyond! • Wednesday, November 18th, 9:30-11am CST - Rally at CTA HQ: Reinstate Erek + For Safe Public Transit!  Location: the Chicago Transit Authority Head Quarters, 567 West Lake Street, Chicago, IL.  We ask supporters to wear face masks and practice social distancing to ensure a safe action for all.  For those outside of Chicago, stay tuned to our facebook page to learn of ways to support!  Description: We are hosting a rally and rank-and-file-speak-out action at the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) headquarters to present our petition demanding fired bus driver Erek Slater be reinstated and for the following additional demands:
  • Safe working conditions for transit workers
  • safe rides for passengers during pandemic
  • Return activist transit workers back to work – freedom of speech at the workplace
