Sounds like Gar Forman is playing you for stupid, Bulls fans - Chicago Tribune, Feb 19th 2016

While this is unlikely to happen because they are Jerry Reinsdorf's yes men, here is why they need to get fired:

These two egotistical assholes ran the best coach in Chicago since Phil Jackson out of town, to replace him with another of their friends, and turned what should have been a perennial contender into a lottery team. On top of that, Gar happens to be a spineless excuse for a human being that denied ever calling the Bulls a contender ("According to several league sources, Forman has been making it known that he hasn’t been responsible for the Bulls’ slow fall from the NBA elite in recent seasons. And while he hasn’t been pointing the finger at Paxson, he has been trying to wipe his own fingerprints off the mess"- Time for Gar Forman to be accountable, Chicago Tribune)

"But at least they draft well"

No, Forman and Paxson do not draft well. The man responsible for scouting and drafting the likes of Joakim Noah, Derrick Rose, Taj Gibson, Jimmy Butler and Nikola Mirotic was Matt Lloyd, who left for Orlando in 2011. 

Since leaving, Lloyd has drafted gems such as Victor Oladipo, Aaron Gordon, Mario Hezonja and Elfrid Payton. 

For comparison, the Bulls' draft picks since then have been Marquis Teague (over Draymond Green, who the coaching staff wanted),  Tony Snell (who is only in the NBA because he attended New Mexico State, where Gar had a scandalized run. The coaching staff wanted Gorgui Dieng), Cameron Bairstow (also went to Gar's New Mexico with Snell), Doug McDermott (acquired for Gary Harris, Jusuf Nurkic and four additional picks, because of his close ties with Gar), and coach Fred Hoiberg (who has no business being in the NBA, other than having close ties with, you guessed it, Gar). 

The Bulls are not Gar Forman's and John Paxson's family business. This needs to end. If they want to continue to fire top five coaches so their friends can climb up the ladder, the NBA isn't a place for that.
