Developer's seeking permission for a large scale warehouse development across the historic farmland of Huscote Farm have today withdrawn their appeal to the Planning Inspectorate and therefore this appeal will no longer proceed.  

A duplicate application for the farm, submitted to Cherwell District Council last month was issued a "decline to determine" notice so will also not be proceeding

In their notification to the Inspectorate, advising of the withdrawal of the appeal, the developer indicates that a new application for Huscote Farm can be expected "at the earliest opportunity" and therefore it is important please to continue to promote the petition and contact your own councillors and MPs asking them to urge Cherwell District Council to find resources to carry out the review of conservation protection for the Banbury heritage that is under threat in this area

This does not affect the planning application for the third warehouse at Frontier Park which can be commented on until 30th March 2023
