Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to sign the Keep Nethercote Rural petition and for continuing to share - every signature counts!
We continue to await the fate of Nethercote. From the Local Plan Review process, we await to learn whether proposals for industrial development at Nethercote will be rejected and from the Conservation team, we await to learn what protection will be given to Nethercote heritage
Only the A422 divides Nethercote from Huscote. Despite both areas not currently being earmarked in the Local Plan for development, we are disappointed to see that developers are pressing on with their proposals and have submitted an outline planning application for Huscote Farm
