There are lot of youngsters in the metropolitan city of chennai , who are using public parks for the dance practice. These youngsters cannot afford studios for practice. The chennai  corporation is banning youngsters to practice dance & use of speakers (mostly Bluetooth ) in public parks . 

If you check any of the chennai corporation parks , you see lot of youngsters practice dance and other art forms .
It is very essential for the government to allow these kind of activities in the park , as these kids & youngsters have no place to go for pursuing the art form . This act of not allowing the kids & youngsters not use of speakers & public places for practice will lead them to get in to other activities.

Dancing has enhanced these kids and youngsters mental and physical health .
