California Judges, detectives and police officers are having extreme difficulty updating their knowledge involving computer crimes, cyber stalking, cyber bullying, cellular device hacking/cloning and much more. In turn, victims are left to fend for themselves. And honestly, they don't stand a chance.

If you found out that someone gained access to your microphone and camera on your cell phone to watch and listen to you at any time they wanted for the past 8 months, would you seek protection? Thats exactly what happened to me. And I tried to get help. I was denied, laughed at and told, "Thats impossible." These were Judges, clerks, detectives and police officers. THIS IS THEIR JOB TO KNOW THIS STUFF.  Even the "geniuses" at Apple denied even hearing me out for months until they witnessed my phone being accessed right in front of them. Who's the Genius now?

What if you were stalked, violently threatened, verbally abused, bullied, personal pictures stolen, bank accounts hacked and frozen, identity stolen, social media hacked and deleted (needed it for work not just selfies), slanderous posts and articles posted everywhere, contacts hacked from your phone and used to call your employers and their families to threaten them to fire you “or else”, emails hacked, and text messages hacked? Do you think you could get a restraining order against the person doing this to you? Because ALL of that also happened to me from the same person who was watching me through my camera on my phone. This is why you don't use tinder, kids. And no, I was denied any chance of getting my life back because the judge hearing my case was elder and didn't even know what Facebook was or that you could do banking from your cell phone. The perpetrator even violated the temporary restraining order! AND I STILL COULDNT GET THE RESTRAINING ORDER CONTINUED! Because I couldn't get the judge to comprehend how it was a literal and direct violation when he thinks "a post" on social media is a large piece of wood stuck in the ground. In short, he was 100% unqualified to hear my case and make ANY ruling or judgement on my case whatsoever. Yet he did and because of his hasty and unprofessional actions I am paying for it. Every. Day. There are laws in place against the above crimes listed in the state of CA. Most are legit felonies. Making the laws is not the problem. Its getting the people who deal with the law for a living to actually learn the laws and maybe listen once in a while. I would bring the laws to them to show the officers and no one would even hear me out.

This all started when I refused to date this guy. He told me he was going to destroy me if I wouldn't date him. (romantic, huh?) And he did exactly that. He was alone with my unlocked phone for no more then 10 min. Thats all it took to destroy my life. His actions resulted in my complete loss of employment, loss of savings, destruction of credit, complete disassembly of my career, making private information public. He even posted my address on his public social media encouraging people to go and hurt me and my daughter. I am not a violent person, but you leave my baby out of this! LAPD suggested relocating me and my daughter out of fear for our safety. But you can't help us press charges?! And to top it off I was diagnosed with depression and PTSD for what I am going through. That just confirms that he has damaged everything in my life including my soul. Super awesome. And I say AM GOING THROUGH because we are on TWO YEARS and counting. I honestly don't know how much longer I can survive this.

I have proof from my bank, Apple, emails, 7 pending cases with the LAPD, witnesses and txts. I have messages on social media from people I don't even know who contacted me because the perpetrator went bragging about his crimes  against me and provided these people proof. And God bless them because they handed the evidence right over to me. Oh, and statements from a bunch of others  that have also fallen victim from the same person. (character proof) Along with tons of other legitimate, without a shadow of a doubt evidence.

All those horrible crimes listed above have one thing in common. Access to all of it is on your cell phone. Think about it. Is google maps on your phone? Or any map app? Its on mine. He could pinpoint my location at all times using it. Thats how he found my address and my daughters school address. Do you use mobile banking? My account is banned from it after he hacked it. I have to physically go to the bank to see anything that has to do with my accounts. Totally not time consuming as a single mom. (annoyed sarcasm) I can never put anything on auto pay because he keeps ordering me new debit cards and credit cards with new numbers. (thats identity theft. No big deal) It has made payments late and there goes my credit. Do you store important info anywhere on your phone? Well what about storing important info on your computer? Your cell phone usually gets plugged into your computer for updates or downloads. You get where I'm going with this. And all someone needs to do is to "clone" your phone, "hack" your phone or download malware. There are even apps in the apple app store that do similar things. They are made for parents to stalk their kids. But when that app is abused, a lot of damage can be done. Like psycho tinder guy watching you through your own phone. There are laws in place against the above  crimes listed in the state of CA. Most are legit felonies. Yet, when I tried to obtain protection from one extremely disturbed individual destroying my life, committing felonies against me, I was told "thats impossible you can't "clone phones." "All we can do is file a report." Its driving me crazy.

After another wave of slander and vulgar harassment from this unique individual recently, I forced the sergeant at West Valley Division to help me get another emergency RO. I say forced because when the sergeant found out I had a gun he told me, "you don't need a restraining order, just go home and load your gun but don't shoot anyone though, just call us." I can't even. No way is this reality. THIS is LAW ENFORCEMENT?! unbelievable. 

Anyways I have court soon to see if I can maybe have a shot at being able to live again. If I can have a shot of getting him out of my life finally! I was thinking maybe if I could get some support behind me I might actually be heard for once. And probably stop him from getting to his next victim. So I found myself here. I haven't lost all hope yet, and I believe in miracles. Ive been fighting this completely alone so I'm also thinking strength in numbers might be the key here. 

Please take the time to process what I have been through. I know its probably a foreign topic to most, and theres a lot of info here. I don't know what else to do. I feel like I'm trapped in some horrible nightmare. Im tired of this. I want my life back. I am tired of living in fear every day. I tired of worrying not about me but of the wellbeing of my daughter. I want to sleep through the night again. I just want him to go away. I have no money for an attorney at this point. I don't know how much longer I can go through this. That thought scares me the most.

Im not sure what will even come of this petition. If anything, thanks for letting me vent. And as for the splashes of sarcasm in this, if I don't try to laugh Ill just cry. It is not a reflection of how seriously I take this. Just wanted to say that. If you agree that I deserve protection, please sign this. If you agree, after reading this that it IS possible for "cyber" crimes to effect the material world Please help me show the judge and basically all law enforcement in CA, that cyber crimes are an actual real thing. And if you don't sign this, I hope you can at least take away how serious all this crazy stuff is and maybe be more alert so you don't fall victim yourself.
