There is a medical clinic on the Charles Darwin Campus opposite the CDU gym building. Last June it was closed due to lack of patients and funding. It has been noted that many students on campus weren't aware of the medical clinic.

Given the benefits of regular GP access for students we would like to see the clinic reopened. Benefits can include, sexual health screening, health promotion and education and care for health and general wellbeing for students and the local community. 

Many clinics do run successfully with bulk billing and such a business model could be adopted for the CDU medical clinic.
