Chinese Community demands apology from Channel 7 of displaying wrong Chinese national flag

On 6th August 2016 approximately 9:20pm I was watching Channel 7 Olympic program. It is a once in every four years event, for a sports loving person like me, I just want to catch every moment as I can.
Regrettably I was so much in shock when I saw the national flag of China was actually the national flag of Chile in the Medal Tally Projection. This is really not acceptable for a national TV broadcast across Australia to make such unprofessional or rather say irresponsible mistake.
China was 2nd on the tally, this should be a very clear spot for anyone in the studio to notice the mistake and rectify immediately before broadcasting. Surprisingly and ironically the host person also didn’t realise the error and continued his introduction.
I think for anyone who works in the media and broadcasting industry, what is a national flag of China should be the absolute last thing for them to get it wrong. And a step further to say that this is a once in four years event, Channel 7 has four years to prepare and the very basic fundamental element is to get every country’s name and flag right at least.
The Chinese Australian community calls on Channel 7 to issue an apology on your national broadcasting services to resolve this problem and please make sure in the next 16 days of the Olympics, not only to China but to all the countries that participate in the Rio Olympic, no same mistake will happen again.
For almost half million Chinese people, the third largest country of birth in Australia, I am sure that I am not the only one saw this mistake on your program.
