We Need Your Help

We were promised the change in law in September, once again it hasn’t happened! This step will help politicians see the individual and know that this is an important matter that must not keep being pushed back.

2025 is an election year, politicians are listening and your voice matters. We need your help so that our politicians take action. Many Australians want to have families, but our WA surrogacy laws make it difficult for men and women to have children and also discriminate against men, and children born through surrogacy Because of this, many Australians either abandon their dream, or look overseas at high risk to everyone involved.

So, we need your help so that we and other Western Australians can have children on WA soil. The link below is a template letter with information to inform and influence our WA politicians.
