Change in focus

As of 28/2/22 I and many other students have received a reply from the corresponding member of the leadership team at George Abbot School stating that the current exam conditions are set in stone for this year, and the study leave dates specifically are nationwide. Unnamed research was also mentioned to show a positive correlation between exam results and these stricter conditions (I have asked for these sources of research). As such, this petition will be amended and the decision maker changed to Angela Richardson (Guildford’s local MP). The 2022 exam conditions for study leave also cannot be changed at this point, so the time frame to enact these changes begins this time next year.
