Hello and thank you once again for supporting this important petition. Signatures are currently 1,640, which well exceeds our 1500 target! We have also received enquiries about a paper version from people who would like to sign but are not internet users. We will see what we can do! Best news of all though is that we have had requests to meet with MHKs and an invitation to meet with Minister for Home Affairs, Bill Malarkey to have some input into changing the law, including a law to cover coercive control & emotional abuse; he says there will also be public consultation on domestic abuse law later in the year, which is really excellent news.
