The league has issued a statement regarding this horrid scheduling. It is essentially playing the blame game and avoiding responsibility and will in short not be making any changes to the finals schedule this year. Whilst this is disappointing to hear, it is still important that we get our voices heard. I want to continue with this petition in hopes that it will bring alight some of the recurring issues within Womens Football; not in the game itself but with how we are treated as an after thought. Womens Football deserves to be seen and to be celebrated just as much as Mens Football. So please continue to sign. I plan on sending this to the league board as a proposal: get someone who is dedicated to Womens Football on the board, preferably a woman herself- let us take control of our game.
