The Canadian Airlines are starting to listen to Service dog handlers complaints.
Changes are slow, but are starting to happen.
Please, continue sharing the petition and writing letters to the airlines, Canadian Transport agency, government MPs and MLAs and media.
Service dog handlers want to be able to travel, but because of their disabilities they cannot do so without their Service dog. Trained service dogs are still being denied without explanation, and some airlines do not want to share the criteria they are looking for. The CTA has stated that owner trainers are allowed, but have not changed the regulation to state this, and even some Provincially certified or ADI certified service dogs are being denied.
But each day, another handler and their service dogs gets approved to fly. This is progress. Please help.
