I am getting ready to file our group complaint. There are so many service dog handlers that are affected by the changes that were made by the Canadian Transport Agency. Some have been restricted to flying with their service dog in a crate as cargo because the airlines didn’t recognize the service dog trainer or didn’t accept their provincial certification. Some couldn’t fly at all because of the changes, because without the help of their service dog they have a lessened quality of life or their life is at risk. 
Changes need to be made. Please sign the petition and continue to write your government.
