In todays May 1st East Anglian Daily Times we have an editorial piece calling for a change to the Dog Ban on Southwold Beach to May 1st. Let's hope it attracts more signatures for the petition that we can present to the council next week. Our goal is to get one more month a year on the beach with our dogs from the current ban of April 1st each year. 
I would also like to encourage responsible ownership on the beach and greens, picking up after your dogs and keeping them on the lead on the promenade as is the rules.
