The Rochester TVB will no longer be in operation as of April 21, 2018. Defendants with charges pending in the Rochester TVB will be notified of ticket transfers to the new Rochester Traffic Violation Agency as well as new appearance dates. Now we need to bring an end the the TVB in NYC.
