Change Missouri Front license plate law

Change Missouri Front license plate law
The Issue
Missouri law (301.130.5 RSMO) this law requires all Missourians to display both front and rear license plates on all motor vehicles. I believe this law needs to change because some states that surround Missouri do not require the front license plates such as Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennesse, and Kentucky so why can't Missouri have the same law too? It won't only save Missouri money in requiring 1 plate but also help out the environment with using less Aluminum. Ohio just passed the no front license plate law and saved 1.4 million dollars by making less license plates. Police officers can give you a ticket for no front license plate which is kind of a crazy reason because I don't want to drill holes in my bumper just for a front license plate! I think this law needs to change because it should be up to Missourians if they want to have a front license plate or not!
