Where is the BookMobile for St. John?

St. John is often times left out of things when it comes to children and families. The management of the Division of Libraries, Archives, and Museums (DLAM) has failed the people of St. John too many times! Over and over again, we have been faced with a lack of services for children, when the mentally ill walk around Cruz Bay sleeping on sidewalks because they had no access to services as children. Research has shown that when children have no access to quality public preschool or quality public high school and quality public libraries, they thrive! Let's change the leadership of the VI Public Libraries with qualified staff that cares about the people they serve!
