I help to run the My Changing Place Facebook page and we featured North Lincolnshire council as Star of the Week. North Lincolnshire council have put money aside for 10 new Changing Place facilities in the area and have also put a Changing Places clause in their local planning policy. My council have done it, there's no excuse for others not to do the same...
