Needs not met

Life is challenging . When you as the parent have to chase  provisions , that are "out of county", because they  cant communicate and give feedback, to be told , no sorry , it is draining.

When there is an extra 2 hrs on your young adults day just so he can access an education .

These are a couple of reasons why respite, education , daycare should be available for ALL,
