I am writing to implore you to remove the Pennsylvania Title 18, Section 7104 from law as it is unconstitutional in it’s current form. The intent is to protect consumers from scammers, but instead it is being selectively enforced on good faith entrepreneurs. 

This prevents gainful employment, especially when the service is presented as entertainment. And this prevention of economic activity is disgraceful under the Pennsylvania Constitution.

It also encroaches on the right to free speech, which is protected even when it is uttered as a paid service.

Lastly, the tools used in the description of ‘fortune telling’ are spiritual practices that provide people with guidance and reflection and should not be vilified by our laws.
