Deity doesn't need flood of money.

Then who need it in the name of devotees' offering?

Does the offering / ritual / seva cost as much as we pay?

The justification may sound like  the money earned from offerings etc is used for the maintenance activities including salary requirements of people at work at temples.

We say Sathyam Vada ; Dharmam Chara.

If we need to be truthful to it, we need to stop collecting disguised money.

Temple maintenance fund collection needs to happen  separately.

The amount to be collected for offering/ ritual/ seva/ prasadam etc should be just the actual realistic amount of expenses incurred and not an exaggerated figure.

Special Darsan pass by paying entry fee must be abolished.

Monthly collection in different categories should be dispayed.

For all such meaningful and constructive restructuring to happen in Temples, Devaswom boards should be dismantled, and new system comprising religiously relevant people should be in place.
