Court verdict comes as per the laws made. If a secular government is  truly secular and understand the concerns of the people who voted it to power they can prepare suitable laws reflecting the facts and people sentiments. 

Only solution: The purposeless HR & CE Act should be replaced with a new relevant one and devaswom boards should be abolished accordingly .
