Sabarimala temple related matters are coordinated /managed by Travancore Devaswom board. This is one among many such boards that functions as per provisions of HR & CE Act. It is well known to everyone with common sense that the Devaswom board consists nominees of ruling political party of the states. 

Kerala CM is from CPI(M) and it appears he has issued a statement that a review petition will not be filed against the supreme court verdict. Obviously the Devaswom board too is likely to follow his views. And we all know that it is very much against the prayers of millions of devotees and hurting the religious sentiments.

This is a classic example of irrelevance of HR & CE Act and Devaswom boards for religious Hindus. Both should be dismantled and scraped and to be replaced with a new system that shall serve the purposes of Hindu Religion.
