Update CBSE Class 11-12 Syllabus for Computer Science (083)

Update CBSE Class 11-12 Syllabus for Computer Science (083)
The Issue
The CBSE syllabus for Class 11-12 for the subject Computer Sciences (083) includes the fundamentals of object oriented programming languages, specifically C++. As we all know, C++ is a very versatile and useful language. However, the course includes the Turbo C++ IDE which works on the DOS operating system. Turbo C++ was first released in the early 1990's. Which makes it about 25 years old. Also, it only compiles in C++ 2.1 which is very old. Due to this, online support for this platform is a myth, and not even a trace of its real-life application exists. This makes the very purpose futile. Due to this, most students study this language just to pass the examination. Also, knowledge of more recent and useful languages like Ruby, Python and Java attract the students.
I personally suggest the concerned authority to update the syllabus, preferably to C# and Windows, as it is a really useful language and a huge lot of helpful books are available on the subject.
