CDA has planned to make a Safari Park in Islamabad where they will shift Kaavan the elephant. If they can not manage just a small zoo, how will they manage Safari Park? Same careless and arrogant people and authorities would be there for him.
CDA has the money to build another hell hole. We demand foreign sanctuary for Kaavan till our last breathe, we are telling this to all media and followers that our goal is to lock up the zoo gates of Pakistan . Animals deserves to live in their natural habitat.
