Return all ISK to all innocent parties involved with I Want ISK.

Return all ISK to all innocent parties involved with I Want ISK.
The Issue
Situation
On October 12th, 2016, CCP Games made a change to their EULA that effectively prohibits all third party gambling websites, which comes into effect November 8th. In addition to this news, the following was announced:
"The third party service IWANTISK has been shut down in game, and all ISK and assets have been confiscated after extensive and exhaustive investigation has brought forward compelling evidence of large-scale Real Money Trading. Permanent account suspensions have been issued against those involved."
This is most likely the cause of a single EVE character that performed Real Money Trading (RMT) with connections to I Want ISK. However, CCP Games has removed the ISK and assets of all other bankers, as well as hundreds, if not thousands of players, that have their hard earned ISK locked up in the I Want ISK website, unable to withdraw it due to CCP Games immediately closing the in-game corporation that held all of the website's ISK.
These players and bankers alike are highly likely to be innocent of RMT and have therefore had their hard earned ISK taken with no due process or evidence.
Solution
This petition requests that CCP comes forward with convincing evidence that proves any person involved with RMT. For each person affected in which no evidence can be brought forth, all ISK and in-game assets should be returned to the player and name cleared of any charges with breaching the EULA.
