During the month of July, #SaveMacGyver fans around the world are encouraged to join us as we honor Angus MacGyver’s dedication to helping others.

#SaveMacGyver partnered with Vitalant to host a nationwide virtual blood drive in 43 of 50 US states, and we’re ‘MacGyver-ing’ this drive into a worldwide event.

Since Vitalant (formerly LifeSource) services 43 US States, #SaveMacGyver will provide information for blood donation centers, not just in the United States but around the world.

Our goal: 50 total blood donations.

We’ll be keeping track here and on social media.

Email: savemacgyver.com@gmail.com and if you are in a state that Vitalant serves, please read the instructions below on how to donate and BE COUNTED as part of our drive.

We can do this and go further but we need your help. We need volunteers to post flyers in their towns, spread the word. If you can’t give blood, make a monetary donation or help us by finding more people to participate in the blood donation. They don’t have to be a fan of MacGyver to help save lives.

Additionally, all month long there will weekly challenges to give back. Pictures shared using #GiveBackSaveMac will have a chance to be featured in a special manner on social media.
