Causeway Cove Development Extends Timeline to Q4-2023

During the Fort Pierce Commissioners Meeting on October 19th, the developer the developer, G Flash GP Inc., used a Florida statute that allows development permits to be extended when a governor's emergency declaration is active. They cited Hurricane Milton and a February 2026 winter weather emergency. The governor's order was still active. The planning department approved the extension administratively.

This pushes Phase 1 to Q4 2030
