With hedgehogs so near to extinction, it is so deeply sad we are fighting a losing battle.  Traffic is not just the only hazard that the little cute prickly balls faces battling, but the hazardous toxic sweet chemical water in the puddles as it is faced to drink as it is dehydrated in the cold season.  The liquid leaked or spilled from the vehicles to prevent from freezing not only causes pain and death to little creatures like Sir Scuttles [Pictured below], also to squirrels, foxes and badgers, as well as cats and dogs.
