I'd like to thank you all for signing and sharing this petition, and a very special thanks to those who left comments on how this will impact their lives and the community as a whole.
Assemblyman Jon Rivera, along with Lackawanna city officials, are working hard on demanding answers and reasoning with CHS to extend their closing date in order to allow patients time to plan their next steps accordingly.
Our efforts have caught the eye of the Buffalo News and they've written an article about the decision by CHS to close the site (see link below).
