USING THE POWER OF COLLABERATION TO COMBAT HOMELESSNESS IN STOCKTON CA,

When your driving through the Downtown Stockton area you can feel a sense of emptiness and despair. Abandoned buildings and trash riddled streets intercept alot of the commercial and residential real estate in the area. While alot of homeless or individuals dealing with systematic hardships have no REAL assistance or sense of direction, they fill the streets, burn objects, loiter in front of local businesses in order to survive another day. This has been a ongoing issue that has been ignored for far to long and needs to be addressed.

By bringing together the necessary Local Bussiness, Assistant Programs, Social Services, Community Leaders, Government official's, Non Profits, Community Organizations, Corporations, Wrap Around Systems & Technology's its evident something needs to be done to begin the Clean Up Process on the streets of Stockton and its Economic Structure overall.

Will serve as an Healing & Resourse Assistance Hub that will be equipped with the neccessary commodities to help the homeless or individuals dealing with Systematic hardships around the city get the help they need in real time. therefore creating a system that will help detect, reverse, and suppress the homeless culture and mindset through available systems and programs, instead of making their physical situation the main focus.

Everyone benifits off this project if successful. The homeless and hopeless have a Safe and organized place in the environment to wait for assistance. While local business owners can enjoy the work week without having to deal with loiterers and unwanted traffic. Members of the neighborhood can take pride as they drive through the community. Economy value rises, while crime rates decrease. Giving our government, city officials, and people of the community the opportunity to be proud of a better stockton.
