By stopping Carrier 411 from taking false bad reviews and reports about a Carrier  from large Brokerage companies without further investigating. We want to prevent freight brokers into falsely reporting small carrier companies with bad reviews to a company called Carrier 411 . Carrier 411 then automatically posts the bad review without further investigating the true Nature of the problem costing  small carrier companys $100,000s . Carrier 411 states the broker is who pays them so they automatically must post it . Other freight brokers that are members of Carrier 411 that pay monthly fee then see the bad review without knowing if it’s true or not and stop giving us business because of the comments left by other freight brokers . Carrier 411 should investigate the report before posting it and not automatically assume what the broker has written is true . Carrier can reply to the report but in this business other freight brokers don’t bother and just see the false report and stop giving us business . This business costs other businesses a lot of money  , because they are falsely allowing their customers which are freight brokers  to report none customer companies bad reviews of false problems and false accusations . CARRIER 411 allows their customers to falsely report companies , and cause damages . Please help us stop Carrier 411 from falsely posting reports and comments without further investigating .
