This is an urgent last minute request! The City Council has agreed to hear our legal challenge. We need absolutely everyone to send letters arguing for a better bike path design by Monday March 28th at noon! Please help us preserve the iconic ridge at Bates and save free flight!

1. Submit a comment letter.

Comment letters may be submitted to the City via (1) email to: PublicComment@ci.carpinteria.ca.us or (2) the eComment link on the City's agenda website (https://carpinteria.ca.us/city-hall/agendas-meetings Please reference agenda item #17 Rincon Trail Project. Comment letters must be submitted prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing in order to be distributed to the City Council (March 28th).

2. Attend the hearing.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard on Monday, March 28, 2022 in the Carpinteria City Council Chamber, City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Avenue, Carpinteria, CA.
