Enfield Community Cat Project is seeking the support of the community to require Animal Control Officers in the State of CT to enforce  the law CT Animal Cruelty Stature CGS 53--247 

We see too much unnecessary suffering without having the ability to hold pet owners liable because cats are deemed property in the eye of the CT law
