URGENT  A new bill has been proposed to give New York City Mayor DeBlasio control of admission to the Specialized High Schools. If this last minute push to sneak the bill through is enacted he and his Chancellor Richard Carranza are sure to get rid of the merit based SHSAT test and exclude Asians from attending these schools- a racial injustice. On July 20th-24th a special state legislative session will convene to pass laws and there is pressure to pass this one.
