After a very stressful week of not knowing where she would be sleeping, Christine was given a days notice by Norfolk County Council and moved to another residential care home. 

She still wants to go home. 

This week Norfolk County Council have unlawfully refused a subject access request. They called Christine and claim she said she didn’t want the data. 
Even though the care home witnessed the call and confirmed this did not happen. 

This week Norfolk County Council have requested top-up fees which have never been mentioned before and not expected as the new Care Home is cheaper than the previous. 

Again, Christine does not know where she will be living, and likely she’ll be evicted again. 

I wish this continuous emotional abuse and bullying would stop.
