Thank you so much for all your support, it means a lot and has been shared with my Grandma. 

Norfolk County Council still haven’t provided the care needs assessment, the care plan, or personal budget. Despite claiming to the Ombudsman they have. 

The social worker has yet again visited my Grandma in her bedroom without advocacy present. This is against her wishes. 

Norse care, who own the interim accommodation, facilitated this unlawful visit. 

The social worker told my Grandma Norfolk County Council would not provide any care in her home, however this is their responsibility. 

All Norfolk Councillors have been advised of my Grandma’s plight, as has MP Brandon Lewis.  

Lets hope Norfolk County Council see sense.
