By supporting and writing the majority decision to uphold the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), Justices Roberts and Sotomayor have enshrined federal taxpayer funding of all artifical and chemical contraceptives, abortifacients as well as abortion(legalized child killing) as the "constitutionally protected" law of the land.This ruling will also force religious and specifically Roman Catholic employers to pay for those medications and procedures that are contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church and abbhorent to the Faith.
Because this heinous decision promulgates the culture of death and violates the ability of the Church to operate within it's intrinsic liberty and freedom, we ask that the only reasonable response from the Roman Catholic Heirarchy would be to publicly excommunicate both of these "Catholic" Supreme Court Justices, as a public affirmation of the latae sententiae excommunication they have already brought upon themselves.
