We are in the midst of finalizing our tricky tray prizes, and if you have not donated yet, we hope that you can find it within your heart, to provide us with a donation.

Our Tricky Tray fundraiser will take place on Sunday, October 28, 2018.
Attached is a list of ideas and suggestions. Perhaps you have no time to shop. You can always make a monetary donation and we will gladly shop for items for you, and your family name will be acknowledged as the donor on the prize and in our program for the event.
The success of this fundraiser is dependent on the generosity of merchants, neighbors and parishioners such as yourself.

Dear Parishioners,
It is time to start planning our tricky tray fundraiser! Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church will host our Tricky Tray at The Hanover Manor, on Sunday October 28, 2018.
We need your help to ensure that this fundraiser is a success. We are asking each family to donate a themed basket valued at $25.00 or more. On the back of this page is a list of suggestions to help you fill your basket, or you can have some fun and use your own imagination! Any type of tray, basket, or container will do – You DO NOT need to wrap it. Just send the items in, and we will gladly take care of the rest.
No time to shop? Don’t worry, you can leave that to us! Just send in your donation and we will be happy to shop for you.
Your family name will be placed on your donation at the event, and all contributions will be acknowledged in our program as well.
Please bring your donation to the Parish Hall after any weekend mass by
October 14, 2018. Be sure to attach the bottom portion of this letter to your donation.
