On Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 7:00 pm (be there no later than 6:45) the Montclair Township Council Meeting will be presenting a Proclamation for Monsignor E. Capozzelli For his dedication and service to the township. He was the beloved Pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church for many years, Chaplain of The Montclair Police and Fire Department. He was an essential part of many community organizations.
