Nutley – Belleville Columbus Day & Italian Heritage Parade Sunday October 9, 2016 Parade begins at 1

Our Lady of Mount Carmel parishioners, St. Donato Society, St. Vito Society and St. Sebastian Society members are all invited to participate in the Columbus Day Parade. Come walk with us to show your pride and support for Save Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church The Parade Association graciously allowed us to participate and represent Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. The parade route will be much shorter than the 4th of July Parade. We will be walking behind the OLMC banner and a good turnout of our parishioners is critical to visually show how we feel representing Our Lady of Mount Carmel church so bring you family and friends! Streets will be closed by 11:30am​ Meeting Location: Belleville High School -No later than 10:45am Meeting Ending Location: Nutley High School Half of us will drive our cars over to Belleville High School, so we all have a ride back to our cars at the end of the parade. We will leave at 11:00 am. The other half please drive to Nutley High School - 300 Franklin Avenue, Nutley, NJ 07110. Please wear: Red, White or Green or SaveOLMC shirts FYI – In the church bulletin this past week it was brought to our attention that St. Mary’s Church is in dire need of non-perishable food items. We are requesting that all parishioners donate one or more non-perishable food items to help replenish St. Mary’s food pantry. We will collect and deliver to St. Mary’s as soon as possible.
