This Tuesday, I’m bringing our petition to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to demand an independent audit of their rates and summer billing. I’ll be there to speak for everyone who signed, and I’d love for you to join me.

A full room shows the board that behind every signature is a real person struggling with these bills. You don’t have to speak. Just showing up makes a difference, and there’s strength in numbers.

Submit a public comment through the board's official website.  IMPORTANT: Public comments are only allowed beginning Saturday, October 24th at 10am, and will close Monday at 6pm.

You can also share a short video on our petition. Hold up your bill and finish this sentence:
“My LADWP bill was $___, and to pay it, I had to give up ___.”

That’s all. Your phone is fine, and 30 seconds or less is perfect. Please cover your account number, address, and any other personal information on your bill.
