Thank you to everyone around the world who has thusfar signed this petition. It is evident that Plasma will not be the default for 18.04, but there are still very compelling justifications for a transition from GNOME to Plasma, and perhaps at some point Canonical will re-evaluate their position. Please continue to spread this petition to anyone you know who is of a like mind, so at least their opinion can be recorded in the meantime.
