I have read that many of us are in an agreement about getting fences put on our own property, (which we do own) and we should be able to do as we please with. By-laws or not. I know people on the lake say "What about them" they can have a fence as well. For now let's scrap the idea of a privacy fence just so we can keep our kids and dogs safe.
