As there is only 8 percent local support for this petition it will be cancelled.

As of today the petition has 8 percent community support. It is unlikely to succeed. I am seeking to cancel and remove the petition  In addition I have only recently discovered any donations made to it go to supporting change.org not the petition cause itself. I apologize to anyone who made a donation unfortunately the terms of donations solicited by change.org would have appeared in the donation payment checkout and may have been missed by those who did donate. I have edited the text of the petition to point out that any funds donated become the property of change.org to support their cause.
